WM 3350 E
Turkish machine with a mechanical selector whose programs are marked with letters rather than numbers (A, B, X, M, C, D, F, G, J, H, P). There is no separate Start button: the program is started with the On/Off button, and the selector knob turns clockwise by itself during the wash.

Stops by itself and drains
How to start
- Knob °C to 40.
- Knob A-P to B.
- Buttons e, Rinse Hold, 1000/500, Door Open released.
- Drawer: Fabric softener (with siphon; fill to the mark, no more than 100 ml) (flower) — Fabric softener (optional); Main wash (II) — Powder.
- Close the door until it clicks.
- Press On/Off — the machine starts at once.
Program B: main wash, 3 rinses, spin. For coloured cotton 40 °C is the maximum in the table.
4. Detergent drawer
Front view, left to right. Highlighted compartments are the ones the machine takes detergent from on this programme.
The drawer is removed by pressing the mark on the siphon (the coloured insert in the softener compartment). From left to right: fabric softener with the flower symbol and siphon, compartment II for the main wash, compartment I for the prewash. Add powder no higher than the MAX mark. The program table is printed above the drawer. The siphon must be cleaned every 30-40 washes.
Tap a row to set that programme on the panel.

- Button e — Half load: an economy mode for a drum loaded about half full. Only for programs A, B, X, M. With the button on, add half the usual amount of powder.
- Button Rinse Hold — Stop after rinse: the machine stops with water in the drum so that the laundry does not get creased. Only for D, F, G, J. To continue, press the button again; to drain the water without spinning, switch the machine off, set the knob to P and switch on again.
- Button 1000/500 — Spin speed switch: released 1000 rpm, pressed 500 rpm.
- Power button On/Off — Switches the machine on and starts the chosen program (the manual calls this button "Start/Stop"). The door locks and the LED lights up.
- Button Door Open — Button with a red door-open lamp. The lamp is lit when the door can be opened: about 1-2 minutes after the end of the program.
- Temperature knob °C — Thermostat. The tap symbol means cold water, then marks 30-90 °C. Set before switching the machine on.
- Programme knob A-P — Letter selector. Choose the program by turning the knob with the machine off; during the wash the knob turns clockwise by itself. The rinse, softener and end-of-program marks are printed on the ring around the knob as stages, you do not need to choose them. The mark positions are taken from the diagram in the manual, the angles are approximate.
The LEDs on the panel do not light when switched on
- Check the machine earthing and the fuse.
- Check that the loading door is closed.
Manual, p. 21
No water enters the machine
- Check that the door is closed.
- Check that there is water in the supply, the tap is open and the filters are not clogged.
- If no water enters, the LED indicator starts to flash; this continues until a new program is chosen or the machine is switched off.
Manual, p. 21
The incoming water drains out at once
- Check that the drain hose is installed correctly.
Manual, p. 21
Water leaks from under the machine
- Check the connection of the drain hose and the water supply hose, tighten the union nuts.
- Check that the sealing rings are intact.
- If these measures do not reveal the cause, the pump filter may be installed wrongly.
Manual, p. 21
Foam comes out of the detergent dispenser
- Check that the powder is suitable for automatic washing machines.
- Use less powder next time.
Manual, p. 21
The pump does not pump out the water
- Clean the pump filter.
- Check that the drain hose is not kinked. If necessary, clean its filter.

Marks are stored in this browser only.
Press the mark on the siphon and remove the dispenser. Wash it with water and wipe the compartment it fits into before putting it back.
Every 30-40 washes take out the siphon (the coloured part of the dispenser), holding it by the edges, remove the softener residue and make sure it sits firmly in place.
Clean the filters on the inlet connector every 30-40 washes with a narrow brush: close the tap, disconnect the hose, and if heavily soiled pull out the filters with pliers.
Remove the plug and open the filter cover. First drain the water through the drain tube: about 15 litres of water at up to 90 °C may remain inside, have a container ready. Then unscrew the filter anticlockwise, drain the remainder (about 30 ml), clean it, put it back clockwise and close the cover. Without the filter fitted, water will run out.
Check the hoses for leaks every 2 years. If the machine is stored in a cold room, drain the water from the hoses, filters and pump so that the water does not freeze.
Before the first wash unscrew the bolts with the head marked "C" anticlockwise (three on the rear panel), remove the rubber bushings and keep the bolts for transport.
Where the data comes from
- Operating manual Beko WM 3356 D / 3358 E / 3350 E / 3350 ES / 3350 EB / 3352 P (RU, copy from a service site), p. 1-21 (номера страниц в данных это номера страниц PDF; печатный номер на единицу меньше) (manual archive)
Assumptions
- The manual covers the WM 3350 E/ES/EB, 3358 E, 3356 D, 3352 P family. For the WM 3350 E the table gives a spin speed of 1000 rpm (WM 3358 E: 800, WM 3352 P: 1200); the data is filled in for the WM 3350 E.
- The sourcePage numbers are the page numbers of the PDF file; the printed numbers in the manual itself are one lower.
- The mark angles on the knobs are taken from the diagrams in the manual (PDF pp. 7 and 12), approximately. The rinse, softener and end-of-program marks (timerOnly) are printed on the program knob ring; it was worked out that A starts the prewash and passes through B, X, M as a continuation of the main wash, and C and the end are marked with a wide line, as described on PDF p. 12. This is an interpretation of the diagram, not a direct quotation.
- The stage durations in cycle.steps are estimates: the manual gives no program times. A nominal scale of 0.37 minutes per degree of the knob ring arc was used, giving about 74 minutes of pure timer run for A without heating.
- The button labelled "e" in the panel diagram (PDF p. 7) is labelled "rinses" in the Russian translation, but in the description on PDF p. 8 it is called the half-load button. Half load is adopted in the data.
- The panel colours (face, ink) were chosen from the diagrams in the manual; no photo of the specific machine was used.
- Temperatures such as "tap-40" from the table: the tap symbol here means cold water, in the data it is 0 °C.
Not in the manual
- Program durations, water and energy consumption are not given in the manual.
- There is no separate rinse-only program: there are only the spins C and H and the drain P.
- The water volume in the main wash is not given (washLitres 12 is an estimate).
- For wool on the WM 3350 E the manual does not state a speed limit (600 is given for the WM 3352 P).
- The effect of the "e" button on the amount of water is not given in numbers.
Time is an estimate from the timer steps and heater power: heating 12 l of water from 15 °C to the selected temperature with a 1800 W heater. Real time depends on tap water temperature, load and mains voltage.
